Express Oakdale Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in Oakdale, CA and surrounding communities. Services include tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The scope of any specific job is defined by a written or verbal estimate provided before work begins.
All estimates are provided based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not guaranteed final prices. The actual cost of a job may change if site conditions, scope, or access differ from what was observed during the initial assessment. Any material changes to scope or cost will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to revise pricing if conditions have changed significantly by the time of scheduling.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window. Delays due to weather, equipment issues, or prior job overruns may occur. We will notify you as soon as practicable if a delay affects your scheduled appointment.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee at our discretion.
Payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept payment by cash, check, or electronic methods as agreed at time of booking. Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a late fee. For larger jobs, a deposit may be required before work begins.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the property, including the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines, and any known hazards. You agree to obtain any permits required for the work if it is your responsibility to do so under local law. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property on the scheduled service date.
Express Oakdale Tree Service is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards, underground utilities not marked by the appropriate utility locator service, or obstructions not identified before work begins.
Tree services are performed in accordance with industry standards. However, we make no warranty or guarantee regarding the future health or survival of any tree, shrub, or plant on the property. Trees are living organisms affected by many factors outside our control, including soil conditions, weather, disease, and pests.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Express Oakdale Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or the performance of our services.
